Ticket prices vary by viewing area category. Category A (Blue, Pink, White areas) costs £55 for general admission or £35 for London residents. Category B (Red, Green, Orange areas) costs £40 for general admission or £20 for London residents. All prices include VAT, plus a £2.66 booking fee per ticket. London residents save £20 per ticket!

Tickets are ONLY available through official Ticketmaster. You cannot buy tickets from other sellers or resell valid tickets elsewhere. Beware of scams and unofficial resellers!

To receive the £20 discount, you must provide your London postcode when booking. Enter your postcode WITHOUT SPACES & ALL CAPS. Your billing address must match the London postcode you entered. Proof of address may be required on the night. If your billing address doesn't match, your tickets may be cancelled without warning.

You can buy up to 4 tickets per person. For bigger families and groups, another adult in your group can buy up to 4 more tickets. You will need to travel to the event together. Photo ID may be required upon entry.

Category A (Blue, Pink, White) offers premium views directly opposite or close to the London Eye, with head-on or partial side views. Category B (Red, Green, Orange) provides side views or behind-the-Eye perspectives at a lower price. All areas offer excellent fireworks viewing, just from different angles.

Entry gates open at 8:00pm and close at 10:30pm. We recommend arriving by 8:00-9:00pm for the best spots. Remember, you won't be able to leave and re-enter, so bring snacks and dress warmly!

No, you won't be allowed to cross bridges before or after the event. Choose your viewing area based on which side of the Thames you want to be on for travel home. This is critical for planning your journey!

Refunds are NOT available. However, you can resell your ticket at face value through the Ticketmaster Fan-to-Fan Resale platform. Simply log into your Ticketmaster MyAccount and click the 'sell' button for the tickets you can't use.

Yes! The Orange Area is a dedicated accessible viewing area with step-free access. Free companion tickets are available for those requiring assistance. Accessible toilets and facilities are located throughout viewing areas. Accessible stations include Westminster, Waterloo, and Embankment (all have lift access).
